3D printer repair and maintenance
Our on-site service department can diagnose problems, replace worn parts, and get your printer back up and running. We work on the printers we sell and can look at other brands too. Common jobs include:
- Clogged or worn nozzles and hotend repair
- Extruder and feeding problems
- Bed leveling and first-layer issues
- Belt, bearing, and motion system maintenance
- Firmware updates and calibration
- Setup and tuning for new printers
Bring your printer in or call ahead to describe the problem. We carry OEM parts and accessories, and if we don't have a part in stock, we can order it.
Maker space
Use our on-site maker space on a pay-per-use basis for 3D modeling, 3D scanning, and 3D printing. It's a great way to try the equipment before you buy, or to finish a project without owning a printer. Our staff will help you get started. Call for current rates.
3D scanning
Need a physical object turned into a 3D model? We can scan parts for reverse engineering, replacement parts, prototyping, and digital archiving, or help you learn to scan it yourself in the maker space. Call to discuss your project.
Education and government sales
Schools, universities, libraries, and government agencies can purchase printers, scanners, and supplies through our education and government sales channel, handled by Dominion Automation.
